briefing meeting
We will arrange for a meeting, where the scope of the project is established in terms ofwhether there is a requirement for architecture, craftsman build as well as interior design. The essential part of our assessment is to also identify lifestyle, and inspect the site. This meeting also enables both parties to establish whether all that important chemistry is right.
concept design
Having received the brief there follows the process of establishing the design direction expressed in form of colour visual concepts. The visuals indicate the proposed style, any structural modifications requiredspace utilisation, colour scheme, furniturelayout and furnishings.
mood boards
Once the design concept has been agreeda mood board for each room is created to compliment the visual concept by displaying samples of fabrics and finishesto have a feel for the final creation.
budget control
Once the budget has been approved team kenza will maintain a tight control. Expenditure against the budget is continuously monitored and regularly reviewed with you. Expenditure outside the agreed budget will require your approval/agreement before we can proceed.
project management
Project management is the key part of the whole process, the manager will ensure that the time schedules are strictly adhered to. A detailed schedule of works, will be produced and team kenza will source relevant contractors and oversee all works and installations of the project to completion.
handover
Once all the work has been completed we will arrange for a handover meeting and supply you with all relevant documentation (care and maintenance instructions/ warranty and guarantee details). These items would have been purchased on your behalf.
