Useful Tips.



  • 7 unwaxed organic lemon
  • 1 litre cold water
  • cup crushed ice
  • 1- 2 cups sugar (to taste)


  1. Wash and cut lemons into chunks (remove seeds opt) I don’t
  2. Put chunks into the food processor
  3. Add crushed ice and half the water
  4. Blitz the lemon and strain the juice into a jug and reserve
  5. Put pulp back in the food processor and repeat
  6. Add remaining cold water, and sugar (to taste) to the reserved juice and stir
  7. Chill before serving
  8. Enjoy a glass of your freshly homemade lemonade

I use 7 lemons for that extra lemony kick, homemade lemonade couldn’t be easier to make. Ready in a few minutes.
